The Department of Budget and Management visited CBSUA for a two-day Full-time Delivery Unit (FDU) on March 3-4, 2022.
The FDU is being conducted by the DBM to ensure proper, efficient, and transparent utilization of funds allocated for the university for the betterment of its services.
Attended by the University Vice Presidents; Campus Administrators; Dr. Emerson Bergonio, Planning Officer; Mr. Erick Aguimatang, Budget Officer; Mr. Luigi Lorenzo Razal, HRMO; Mr. Luis Cylu Legisniana, Acting Accountant; and end users of infrastructure projects, the first day of the FDU took place at the Center for Innovative Teaching Learning (CITL). Dir. Antonio Villanueva, Jr., Director of DBM ROV, gave the rationale of the visit. Ms. Jennifer Barcoma, Acting Chief Budget and Management Specialist of DBM ROV, proceeded with the presentation of Initial Agency Performance Review (APR). An exchange of professional discourse took place between the two parties. In general, the university received positive feedbacks from the Department.
After the meeting, the team conducted a project/site inspection in CBSUA Pili Campus which continued on the second day in the other three campuses accompanied by the budget and planning officers in-charge and engineers.
