With the University’s Human Resource Roadmap and Strategies aiming to achieve the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Maturity Level 4, which recognizes the agency or institution as an expert in managing its human resources, the Human Resource Management Office, in collaboration with other University Units, led the PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2 briefing and action planning sessions on May 16-18, 2022 with CSC Camarines Sur Field Office with its Director II, Ma. Dolores D. Salud.
The CBSUA PRIME University Committee is composed of the PRIME-HRM Champion/Chairperson, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, the University President; PRIME-HRM Co-Champion/Co-Chairpersons, Atty. Dominador F. Faurillo, the Vice President for Administration and Finance, is assigned to oversee all the pillars for non-teaching staff, and Dr. Ana E. MiraΓ±a, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, is assigned to oversee all the pillars for teaching personnel; PRIME-HRM Vice-Chairperson, Mr. Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal, the University HRMD Officer; PRIME-HRM Campus Coordinators, Prof. Celerino B. Llesol, Jr. for Pili, Dr. Cornelio E. Funtanar for Calabanga, Prof. Zeus M. LositaΓ±o For Sipocot, and Prof. Carlo M. Cornejo for Pasacao Campus; and other deans and unit heads to facilitate each of the pillars.
Pillar 1 is Selection, Placement, and Recruitment. The second Pillar is Learning and Growth. Pillar3 is Performance Management. PILLAR Pillar 4 is Rewards and Recognition.
The sessions are scheduled to continue on the succeeding months, with benchlearning activity to different SUCs and Institutions who are accredited by CSC, until its scheduled assessment of September and January.
