The Civil Service Commission recognized the government sectors in the region during the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Awarding Ceremony held on November 14, 2022, at the CBSUA CND Hall.
The said program recognizes institutions or agencies as experts in managing human resources. With CBSUA’s compliance with the two (2) core HR areas, it has received recognition in Learning and Development (L&D), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R). Additionally, the CBSUA Faculty Union was also given the Certificate of Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) during the occasion.
President Naperi said in his message that he commits to elevating the human resource management at the university to a higher level of excellence.
