Intending to gather valuable inputs toward further improvement of the crafted operations manual, the Office of the Vice President for Business and External Affairs presented the draft to the university’s top management on September 28, 2022 at the CBSUA Library-Lecture Room.
Attendees of the meeting included Dr. Alberto Naperi, the university president; Dr. Ana Mirana, VP for Academic Affairs; Dr. Ramona Isabel Ramirez, VP for Research and Innovation; Dr. Cesar Armando Camba, Sr., VP for Business and External Affairs; Dr. Cornelio Funtanar, CA of CBSUA Calabanga; Dr. Aries Ativo, Director of the University Extension Services Office; and respective directors of the VPBEA cluster: Dr. Cristopher Dacer, Director-ILSPO; Mrs. Julie Amara Mostoles-Bondilles, Director-IRO; Mrs. Frilliane Mae Bicaldo, Director-UBAO; and Dr. Ma. Francia Asuncion D. Nunez, Director-RGO.
The meeting started with Mrs. Bicaldo’s presentation of what transpired in the Consultative Discourse Cum Writeshop of OVPBEA Operations Manual on August 17-19, 2022 at Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City. From the presentation, various discussions on significant matters that concern the improvement of the operations manual were done. The OVPBEA directors openly welcomed comments, suggestions, and further inputs. Those that came to light in the discussion will be reflected in the finalization yielding a quality and well-crafted operations manual.
