The OSAS Guidance and Counseling Unit organized an event on “Thriving Amid Academics: Strategies for Stress Management,” as one of the components of the “PROJECT Pathways to Success: A Special Program for Students At Risk,” at the Auditorium on November 8, 2023, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Students from various colleges attended the event. The event featured a notable and esteemed resource speaker, Ms. Giselle M. Rocha, RPm, LPT.
The primary objective of this event is to equip students with valuable insights and practical strategies for
managing the stresses associated with academics. More so, it aims to enhance student retention rates within the academic institution.
