With the goal to reorient all the administrative council members, program chairpersons, and staff about the operation of key administrative transactions being undertaken by the University, particularly the FMS Division, GASS Division, and Legal Office, the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, through the Office of the Human Resource Management and Development, spearheaded a two-day training on key administrative transactions with procurement process, on April 23-24, 2024 at the Alvaro Rabina Hall of the CBSUA Main Campus.
The recently organized two-day training focused on key administrative tasks crucial for smooth operations.
The first day featured talks on Budget Preparation by Mr. Erick T. Aguimatang, the University Budget Officer, and Procurement Process by Mr. Cesar Armando S. Camba Sr., the Vice President for Business and External Affairs.
The second day began with Ms. Jennifer Lo Villoso, the University Accountant, explaining Accounting Procedure, followed by Mr. Rolando Oloteo, the Quality Assurance Director, discussing the Complaint Process. Finally, Atty. Deonalaine Ivy Figura, the University Legal Officer, shared insights on Conflict Resolution.
The event concluded with Mr. Aljoy Sancho and Mr. Clint Vincent Gregorio from DICT Camarines Sur, shedding light on the Philippine National Key Infrastructure Orientation.
Atty. Dominador Faurillo, the Vice President for Administration and Finance, expressed hope that all participants gained the necessary skills to serve the university’s stakeholders better.
