On March 19, 2023, the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture held the Cadet Officers Leadership Development Program Training and Youth Leadership Summit closing ceremony at the CBSUA Atrium.
The programme opened with welcome remarks from LTC Ricky N Parcon Inf (GSC) PA, Director 502nd CDC & ROTC supervisor. The participants were then presented by 2LT Michael D Pereyra (INF) PA, admin officer, Col Ferozaldo Paul T Regencia INF GSC (Res) PA, the university commandant, and formally declared the closing of the training summit. To inspire the cadet officers in their undertaking, Dr.Celerino B. Llesol, Jr., Campus Administrator delivered his message. Capping off the programme was also a message given by Ana E. Miraña, Ed.D. Vice President for Academic Affairs.
The Cadet officers of the four campuses underwent a six-day training programme led by the training staff from different fields of specialization in The Philippine Army and Fresh Graduates of Advance ROTC.
