The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources conducted a 1-day orientation activity for its Contract of Service faculty held at the quality assurance board room on August 31, 2023.
The proponents of the activity, Ms. Mae SA Lustre, an Agricultural Extension faculty and Dean Edlynne Kaith R. Manlangit deemed it proper to welcome the newly hired and re-hired COS faculty of the College to facilitate their integration into the institutionโs academic and social environment. The activity also intended to acquaint the COS of the College organizational structure, policies, and culture.
It was attended by 18 COS and was graced by the presence of the Campus Administrator, Alan B. Del Rosario, Ph.D who gave a morale-boosting inspirational message. The HRDO head of office, Mr. Luigi Razal was present and gave a thorough discussion on the institutionโs policies and guidelines. Also, Ms. Gea B. Balbuena, Admin aide IV of the accounting office gave inputs concerning the required documents necessary to be attached to the daily time record.
The COS faculty appreciated the College administrationโs effort in providing them with the needed inputs to kickstart the semester with CANR.
