Angat Pinas, Inc. (Angat Buhay) lead by its chairperson and President Atty. Leni Robredo visited CBSUA-Calabanga on June 23, 2023 for the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 50-bed capacity dormitory for deserving students of CBSUA Calabanga, Camarines Sur.
Atty. Dominador Faurillo, VP for Administration and Finance, who represented the university president, Dr. Alberto Naperi, opened the event.
In her speech, Atty. Robredo revealed that the said dormitory is the second inside a higher education institution and the first in Camarines Sur.
Also during the event was the signing of MOA and the architectural design revealed by the Angat Buhay team, composed of the best practitioners in their fields, according to Atty. Robredo. They are Arch. Consuelo C. Buencamino and Prescie Buencamino of C.C. Buencamino Architect, Cynthia Almario and Ivy Almario of Atelier Almario, Shirley Sanders of Gardens by Sanders, Ronaldo Traballo of Cypress Bomacrete, and Maria Cecilia Tan.
