21ST NSTP RECOGNITION DAY CELEBRATES OUTSTANDING STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS IN SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM

In a ceremony held at CBSUA Mini-Pavilion on June 11, 2023, the National Service Training Program (NSTP) celebrated its 21st Recognition Day, honoring the remarkable achievements of selected students who excelled in the 2nd semester under the Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) and Literacy Training Service (LTS) components.

The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of various awards to the deserving students. The Excellence in Service Award, the most prestigious recognition, was bestowed upon those who demonstrated exceptional performance, leadership, and active participation in community service initiatives throughout the academic year.

Additionally, special accolades were presented to the students who showcased exemplary skills and creativity in their respective fields. The Best Lesson Plan award acknowledged the student who devised an outstanding and comprehensive plan for delivering impactful lessons to beneficiaries. The Best Portfolio award recognized the student who meticulously compiled their experiences, accomplishments, and reflections, effectively capturing the essence of their service journey. Lastly, the Best Journal Writing award acknowledged the student who exhibited exceptional storytelling skills and reflected deep introspection through their journal entries.

The NSTP program coordinator, Ms. Christine Allen Riza Boncodin expressed her pride and admiration for the students’ remarkable achievements. In her speech, she emphasized the significance of the NSTP program in nurturing responsible and socially aware citizens who actively contribute to the betterment of society.
