To realize the university’s vision of becoming a Research University of Global Standards, two simultaneous sessions of proposal review for 2023 funding and implementation were conducted on April 19, 2023 in CBSUA Pili Campus where a total of 23 programs/projects have been accepted for review and evaluationโ17 proposals under the Education and Social Science Researches Category and 6 proposals under the Agriculture and Environment-related researches category.
Majority of the submitted proposals were anchored on the Research Agenda of the University focused on Food Security/Livelihood Security/Organic Agriculture, Bicol Development and Policy Studies, Curricular Reform and Environmental Management.
The Technical Working Group (TWG) who shared their knowledge and expertise was composed of Dr. Ana E. Mirana, Dr. Hanilyn A. Hidalgo, and Prof. Ma. Teresa B. Lirag for Education and Social Science Researches Category; and Dr. Amelia R. Nicolas, Dr. Alberto M. Cabrera, and Dr. Allan B.
