Extending services to more clients, Central Bicol State University of Agriculture thru the College of Economics and Management Extension Unit and Provincial Philippine National Police inked the Memorandum of Agreement on Youth Empowerment Extension Project CARES: Capacitating Adaptability and Retooling of Extension Services at PNP Provincial Office on 14 June 2021.
CBSUA represented by its President IV, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi and PNP represented by its Acting Provincial Director, PCol. Bernando Perez signed the MOA in presence of other University officials and PNP personnel.
Both parties agreed on delivering programs that will ensure skills development among the youth. The College in partnership with the Extension Services Division and the PNP shall promote and implement agreed projects that cater to youth empowerment.
VPRI, Dr. Ramona Isabel S. Ramirez, Extension Services Division Director, Prof. Vladimir Foronda and CEM Dean, Dr. Gladys G. Rosales were also present in the MOA signing.
