On 14 February 2022, newly hired and promoted Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel took their oath of office in the CBSUA Auditorium.
Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, President IV of SUC, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed officials who will assist him in accomplishing the University’s aim of becoming a Global Agricultural Research University.
Also, Induction Seminar commenced providing the newly hired teaching and non-teaching staff the information and guidance they need to do their respective jobs effectively and efficiently. This training aims to facilitate adjustment among newly hired employees to ensure their smooth integration in this academic community so they can o their mandated functions in consonance with the required standards.
During the Induction Seminar, Atty. Dominador F. Faurillo, VP for Administration and Finance, presented the Organizational Structure and Critical Academic and Administrative Officials; Dr. Emerson Bergonio, IPDO Director discussed CBSUA as an Agricultural Research University of Global Standard: Its Mission, Goals, Objectives, and Core Values, VPAA Dr. Ana E. Miraña discussed the Performance Management and Individual Performance Commitment and Review, Dr. Ramona Isabel S. Ramirez, Vice President for Research and Innovation, discussed CBSUA’s research and extension agenda; Atty. Deonalaine Ivy P. Figura, Legal Officer, discussed the Gender Sensitivity and Anti-Sexual Harassment Act and the Norms of Conduct, Duties, and Performance Standards in the Civil Service; and Mr. Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal, HRMO designate, discussed Employees Benefits and Privileges.
The Human Resource Management Office, headed by Mr. Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal, HRMO designate, facilitated the ceremony.
