Central Bicol State University of Agriculture forged a Memorandum of Agreement with the Sipocot Muslim Community at Brgy. Tible, Sipocot, Camarines Sur on 18 June 2021.
The agreement is in connection with the development initiatives which is focused on the said community.
Present during the MOA Signing were the Community In-Charge of the Muslim Community, Bro. Abdullah Alimad, and Bro. Limuel C. Briz; CBSUA President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, VPRI, Dr. Ramona Isabel S. Ramirez, Extension Services Division Director, Prof. Vladimir R. Foronda, Sipocot Campus Administrator, Prof. Zeus Lositaño, and Extension Services Coordinator, Prof. Vilma Lositaño.
After the MOA Signing at the Muslim Community at Brgy Tible, Sipocot, the CBSUA Team proceeded to the Sipocot LGU for another MOA Signing with Sipocot Municipal Mayor, Hon. Tomas A. Bocago.
The MOA signing was in connection with the Technical Assistance Program (TAP) in which both parties agreed to undertake various programs, projects and activities that will enhance the Municipality of Sipocot through technology-based, scientific and research-based programs, projects and activities that aim to attain food security and poverty alleviation in the countryside.
Together with Mayor Bocago of Sipocot in the MOA Signing with CBSUA were with the Municipal Agriculturist, Engr. Franco Cesar B. Leonardo and some of the Sanggunian Bayan Members.
