To establish partnership on taro research and development in the Bicol region, the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI), represented by researchers Mr. Zulhairil bin Ariffin and Mr. Mohd Zulkhairi bin Azid, together with the National Plant Genetic Resources Laboratory (NPGRL) taro research team, led by Dr. Maria Lea Villavicencio, visited the CBSUA Taro Center on March 14, 2023.
MARDI and NPGRL paid a courtesy visit to CBSUA President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, and VP for Research and Innovation, Dr. Ramona Isabel S. Ramirez, and Taro Center Director, Dr. Allan B. Del Rosario.
