With the Research Division’s critical role to generate mature technologies to spur higher farm productivity in the countryside, it sponsored the 34th Science and Technology Excellence Awards Competition held last May 26-27, 2022.

The Science and Technology Awards Competition is an avenue where technologies and information can be generated and disseminated from among Graduate and undergraduate students whose thesis/dissertations are focused on existing local problems on food and nutrition, energy development, export generation, import substitution, income generation and distribution, conservation and resources management and socio-economics.
