With the aim to provide introductory information on ICT-related subjects that will help enhance efficiency in the workplace, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) conducted a Digital Literacy Training at the Alvaro Rabina Hall on July 11-14, 2023, attended by CBSUA teaching and non-teaching personnel.
CBSUA is a recipient of the Free Wi-Fi Internet Access in Public Places Project, which made the University one of the selected beneficiaries of the training program.
Carefully-designed modules guided the entirety of the program. The five modules are: Module 1: Computer and Internet Essentials, Module 2: Network and Computer Troubleshooting, Module 3: Word Processing using MS Word, Module 4: Electronic Spreadsheet Using MS Excel, and Module 5: Multimedia Presentation using MS Excel.
Participants actively took part in the week-long training. With fun and interactive activities, participants learned various information on digital literacy. Particularly, they were able to equip themselves with the skills needed in today’s technology-driven era. | 𝘗𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘊𝘉𝘚𝘜𝘈 𝘏𝘙𝘋𝘖
