The College of Economics and Management and the Extension Services Division, in partnership with the Philippine National Police headed by PLCPT Ric Reginales and BLGU Tarosanan, Camaligan, led by Hon. Marites F. Salumbides spearheaded a Training on Leadership and Personality Development on June 9, 2023, at Camaligan, Camarines Sur.
The Barangay Tarosanan, Camaligan residents participated in the activity. CBSUA faculty member, Jeniffer S. Francisco served as the resource speaker and discussed leadership skills and how they can manage and develop people professionally, communicate more effectively, and enhance their soft skills. Thus, participants may gain confidence in their whole demeanor andย demonstrate assertiveness in everyday interactions.
