The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture welcomed freshmen and transferees in an orientation-seminar dubbed as USBONG 2023 with the theme, “Setting Sail for a New Academic Odyssey,” on August 9-11, 2023, organized by the Office of Student Affairs- Guidance and Counseling Unit held at the CBSUA Student Atrium.
The event was participated by freshmen and transferees from all the colleges. The orientation-seminar encapsulated the spirit of adventure, discovery, and growth accompanying the transition from high school to higher education. The CBSUA aimed to instill a positive mindset, build a sense of community, equip students with essential skills, encourage exploration, and promote personal growth. By embracing the challenges and opportunities of their academic odyssey, the new students are well-prepared to chart a course for success in their higher education endeavors.
