Teacher and student delegates from the College of Development Education, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources of the Pili Campus, and College of Education of the Pasacao Campus benchmarked and signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Universitas Mataram College of Teacher Training and Education on November 28, 2022.
With the purpose of renewing the partnership with the said department of Universitas Mataram, nine faculty members and five students went to Indonesia to conduct a business meeting, sign the Memorandum of Understanding and present research papers. The said MOU aims to expand future explorations in the teacher education department of CBSUA as part of the International Credit Transfer Program.
Prof. Leizle Manacob, the head of the delegation, represented the Dean of the College of Development Education, Dr. Raquel Reapor, and the college coordinator for Internationalization, Dr. Cherry Love Montales. Prof. Manacob emphasized in her speech that the ICTP program initiated by both universities paved the way for enhancing both universities’ quality of teacher education.
After the signing of the memorandum, the delegates were accompanied by Dr. Santi Farmasari, head of the English Education Department, Dr. Gunawan, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Imam Bachtiar, head of the Collaboration Board, and other faculty members and officials during the benchmarking in the different departments and buildings of UNRAM.
On the second day, teachers from different colleges are expected to present their research and extension initiatives among the key officials and students of UNRAM.
