After a two-day onsite assessment of the Civil Service Commission, the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture is now PRIME-HRM Level II Compliant and is recommended for PRIME-HRM Bronze Award and Accreditation, announced during the Exit Conference on May 25, 2023, at the Alvaro R. Rabina Hall.
The assessors from the CSC included Ms. Sharlaine Prieto and Ms. Cherylou Lara, Chief Human Resource Specialists and Ms. Lynbee Navo, Senior Human Resource Specialist.
The onsite assessment started on May 24 with a series of interviews with the teaching and non-teaching personnel of the University.
In the post-assessment report presented by Ms. Lara, CBSUA did not have any gaps or opportunities for improvement and is recommended o maintain and sustain the University’s current practices.
In his message, the University President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, congratulated the community and posed a continued challenge to the body to prepare for the next PRIME-HRM Level.
