The Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMD) of the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture recently conducted a series of orientations on human resource policies and the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) on May 4, 8-9, and 10-11, and targeted teaching and non-teaching personnel across the university’s four campuses.
The HRMD’s primary objective in conducting the orientation was to enhance the quality of service provided to clients and to achieve PRIME-HRM Level II. The program provides a framework for developing a merit-based human resource system aligned with the university’s goals and objectives.
The orientation sessions were interactive and allowed participants to ask questions and clarify questions they had about the policies and programs.
