Department of Agriculture Regional-Field Office No. 5 (DA-RFO5), represented by Rodel P. Tornilla, MABE and the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), represented by SUC President, Dr, Alberto N. Naper, are implementing a collaborative project which is “ Massive Seedling Production and Distribution of Grafted Pili” under the Bayanihan II, and the banner program supporting this project is the High Value Crops Universities and Colleges.
The project started in November 2020 and will last until June 2021.
The Memorandum of Agreement was made and entered on 21 December 2020.
