In the recently concluded State Colleges and University Athletic Association Meet 2023, Camarines Sur, the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) demonstrated their athletic prowess, emerging as the first runner-up.
This feat underscores CBSUA’s dedication to sports excellence, coming in a close second to the performance of Bicol University, taking the top spot as the overall champion in the said competition.
CBSUA secured a total number of 44 medals across a spectrum of athletic and major sporting competitions.
In his message, Dr. Alberto Naperi, CBSUA’s President and Chair of the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges, expressed his satisfaction with the diligent efforts of the university’s staff and students. He commended their meticulous work in elevating SCUAA 2023 to a standout sporting event.
Dr. Marlo Dela Cruz, President of Camarines Norte State College, received the PASUC V flag, marking the transition as the host for the upcoming SCUAA Meet.
