The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture held the opening ceremony of the Cadet Officers Leadership Development Program Training and Youth Leadership Summit on March 15, 2023 at the CBSUA Atrium.
The programme opened with welcome remarks from LTC Edgar R Madrid PA (Res), Asst. Commandant of CBSUA Pili Campus. The participants were then presented by 2LT Michael D Pereyra (INF) PA, Admin Officer. Col Ferozaldo Paul T Regencia INF GSC (RES) PA, the university commandant, formally declared the opening of the training summit. To inspire the cadet officers in their undertaking, Dr. Alberto Naperi, the university president delivered his message. Capping off the programme was also a message given by Col Rodel L Tan MI (GSC) PA.
The cadet officers of the four campuses will undergo a six-day training programme to be led by the Training Staff from different fields of Specialization in the Philippine army and fresh Graduates of Advance ROTC.
