The UI Green Metric World University Ranking, initiated by Universitas Indonesia in 2010, evaluates universities based on their environmental performance across six key criteria: infrastructure, energy and climate change, waste management, water usage, transportation, and education. CBSUA’s outstanding performance in these areas aligns with the global emphasis on creating eco-conscious educational institutions and placing them at the forefront of the sustainable higher education movement.
Moreover, this recognition reinforces the universityβs position as a socially responsible institution and emphasizes the importance of integrating sustainability into the core values of educational institutions worldwide.
Under the leadership of President Alberto N. Naperi, CBSUA remains steadfast in its mission to promote environmental responsibility. The entire university community is actively involved in implementing sustainable practices and initiatives that contribute to a more sustainable future.
