• Fruiting bodies and byproducts of oyster and paddy straw mushroom
• A CBSUA ecotourism area with special emphasis on tropical mushroom production.
• A one stop educational hub with research facilities for mycological researches
• A location for learners and on the job trainings for Mushroom production
