CBSUA- Non- Teaching Employee Association (CBSUA-NTEA) recently held its General Assembly followed by a Grand Fellowship Night last December 20, 2024, a series of events that marked a productive and celebratory year for the organization.
The General Assembly commenced with President Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal who delivered the State of the Association Address, highlighting the organization’s accomplishments and ongoing initiatives. Treasurer Zandro A. Samarista presented the financial report, followed by an open forum where members had the opportunity to raise questions and concerns.
A significant portion of the assembly was dedicated to discussions on key proposals, including amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws and a policy on loans. Committees and representatives were actively involved in these deliberations, culminating in the amendments’ ratification and policies’ approval. Following the productive General Assembly, the CBSUA-NTEA transitioned to its Grand Fellowship Night, a joyous occasion to celebrate the year’s accomplishments and bid farewell to outgoing officers.
The evening began with opening remarks by NTEA Vice President Alvir E. Bausa, setting the tone for a night of camaraderie and appreciation. A highlight of the event was the recognition and awarding of outgoing NTEA officers for their dedication and service to the organization.
The festive atmosphere continued with entertaining games that brought laughter and excitement to the gathering. A sumptuous fellowship dinner followed, allowing members to connect and enjoy each other’s company. A raffle further enlivened the night, adding an element of surprise and anticipation. President Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal delivered closing remarks, expressing gratitude to the outgoing officers and looking forward to a successful year ahead for the organization.
