CBSUA Administration represented by Dr. Albert Naperi, president of the university, and CBSUA Faculty Union, represented by its president, Dr. Immaculate Falabi, signed the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) on July 5, 2022.
CNA, according to the Civil Service Commission, is a contract negotiated between an accredited employees’ organization as the negotiating unit and the employer/management on the terms and conditions of employment and its improvements that are not fixed by law. It stipulates the benefits, rights, and privileges of the employees of the university, as well as, the obligations of both parties which have committed to exert efforts towards the attainment of their respective goals and objectives.
The said signing was held at the CBSUA Pili Campus. Dr. Cherry Love Montales and Prof. Maria Rosario Garol served as the witnesses. Present also in the event, are the officers and members of the CBSUA Faculty Union.
