On July 13, 2023, Deans Jennifer Eboña and Claribelle Haber, from the College of Engineering and Food Sciences and Graduate School respectively, were honored with the prestigious Prof. Indira Parikh Women in Education Leaders Award, which took place at the Taj Lands End Hotel, showcasing their exceptional contributions to the field of education.
The ’50 Women in Education Leaders’ recognition is the result of a rigorous selection process and is highly regarded globally. Esteemed professionals from various parts of the world formed the jury responsible for reviewing and evaluating the nominees.
Joining the ranks of distinguished awardees is Dr. Hazel A. Trapero, the Vice Chancellor of the University of the Philippines Cebu, who also received the said award.
