Books in the general circulation and filipiniana sections may be borrowed for home use at 9:00 am and must be returned on or before 9:00 am of the next school day;
Books in the Reserve, GAD and BSP sections are strictly for library use only. However, these books may be borrowed for home use at 4:00 p.m. and must be returned on or before 9:00 a.m. of the next school day;
Books in the book stack section may be borrowed for maximum of three (3) days for home use at 9:00 am and must be returned on or before 9:00 am. They can be renewed for another three (3)school days
Fiction books may be borrowed for home use at 9:00 am and must be returned on or before 9:00 am for the next five (5) school days and may be renewed for another five (5) school days if there is no demand for the book;
Dictionaries, encyclopedias, yearbooks, almanacs, atlases and other general references, theses, dissertation, journals, magazines, newspapers, pamphlets, vertical file materials, DVD tapes, CD tapes, cassette tapes, maps, globes, and posters maybe borrowed and use inside the library only;
The students can borrow a maximum of three (3) books from any sections of the library at a time provided that lending policy on these resources must be strictly observed;
A regular faculty & staff can borrow a maximum of five (5) books from any sections of the library at a time. The books shall be returned for a maximum of three (3) days except for the books in the sections of GAD, BSP, reserved, general reference, serials and theses/ dissertation that the lending policy on these resources must be strictly observed;
Contract of Service (COS) faculty and staff is allowed to borrow book/s provided that there will be a guarantor (regular faculty or staff) who do not have an overdue book/s and does not exceed the allowable number of books to borrow;
All books borrowed should return promptly on the date stamped on the due date slip. Otherwise, library fine shall impose according to the approved rate of library fine.
