The CBSUA Organic Agriculture Center has been reaccredited as an Agri-Tourism Farm Site by the Department of Tourism, as awarded by Ma. Antonnette B. Diaz, Senior Tourism Operation Officer on October 5, 2023 at the DOT RO5, Legazpi City. OAC is the first and only State University-based DOT-accredited agri-tourism/farm site in the Bicol Region.
The reaccreditation process involved an evaluation of the center’s practices, facilities, and educational programs. Assessors took note of the center’s dedication to promoting eco-friendly practices, offering engaging educational experiences, and fostering a sustainable environment for both visitors and the ecosystem.
