With the aim of CBSUA faculty members and distinguished guest mentors from other SUCs to provide mentorship to selected DepEd teacher participants in producing research outputs, innovations, and community engagements, CBSUA and DepEd Camarines Sur signed a Memorandum of Agreement on August 17, 2022 at the CAS lecture hall, CBSUA Pili Campus.
The occasion was headed by the CBSUA Officials, namely the University President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, the VPRI Dr. Ramona Isabel S. Ramirez, the Extension Division Director Dr. Vladimir R. Foronda, the Regional GAD Focal Person Dr. Glenn Redecilla, and the Campus Administrator of Pasacao Mr. Carlo M. Cornejo.
The DepEd officials present were led by SDS Loida N. Nidea, CESO IV, Education Program Supervisor Preciosa D. de la Vega, Senior Education Program Specialist in PRU Dr. Hazel M. Salcedo, Education Program Specialist SMME Eva Pardinas, and Senior Education Program Specialist SOCMB Adrian Año.
The ARM program is an extension initiative of Dr. Divina Gracia R. Galang (main proponent), Dr Michael N. Nolasco and Mr. Marben A. Orogo of CBSUA Pasacao Campus. The activity is entirely free and will be conducted online.
The program is fully supported by the entire CBSUA Extension Division supervised by Dr. Vladimir Foronda, CBSUA Pasacao Extension Office administered by Mr. Ramon Monte, the GAD Office governed by Mrs. Joanna Marie B. Perez, and CBSUA Sipocot Campus Extension Office led by Mrs. Lelia C. Taya.
The activity ended full of positivity and familiarity for the signing parties. They all acknowledge supporting one another in a collaboration that will enhance the professional advancement and institutional goals of everyone involved.
