CBSUA SIGNS SEED MOA WITH SIDECO, BISCAST

In collaboration with the College of Arts and Sciences of Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST), the CBSUA-College of Economics and Management, through the university’s Extension Services Division (ESD), extends capacity-building services with Naga City-Based San Isidro Development Cooperative (SIDECO), highlighting the importance of both universities’ fourfold functions, through a Memorandum of Agreement signing on June 29, 2023.

The CBSUA President Alberto N. Naperi, DPA, together with BISCAST President Alex H. Navarozza, PhD., and Chairman of the Board of the San Isidro Development Cooperative, Mr. Romulo F. Caceres inked a Memorandum of Agreement that executes the Socio-Economic and Entrepreneurial Development (SEED), a series of seminars and workshops comprised of technology transfer, capability building, and values reformation training activities which will run from 2023 up to 2025.

The signing of MOA happened at the BISCAST Campus in Naga City during their President’s Day celebration, and it was well-represented by both University key officials and representatives from its extension programs to wit: Dr. Ramona Isabel S.
