In recognition of its outstanding support during the conduct of partnership activities, CBSUA received various awards from the CHED Regional Office V during the Culmination of the 56th Founding Anniversary Celebration themed, “ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth, The Culmination,” on November 13, 2023, held at the Pepperland Hotel in Legazpi City.
Notably, the CBSUA Regional GAD Resource Center received a Plaque of Commendation for its participation in the ASEAN GAD: ASEAN Voice Spoken Word Poetry Competition and Battle of GADvocates: The Regional ASEAN Super Quiz Bee. CBSUA was also honored and received plaques of commendation as the lead institution in showcasing best practices on international mobility program initiatives and engagements. This recognition occurred during the webinar titled “Borderless Teaching and Learning for ASEAN Collaboration and Integration.” Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, DPA, and Dr. Darrel M. Ocampo, who served as keynote speakers during the webinar, were also acknowledged for their significant contributions. Also given commendations are Ms. Christine Boncodin and Mr. Francis Dalanon, who also served as resource persons during the event. Vice President Ceasar Armando Camba Sr. Received the plaques of commendation.
Furthermore, individuals who played pivotal roles in the success of the ASEAN GAD.ASEAN Voice Spoken Word Poetry Competition and Battle of GADvocates: The Regional ASEAN Super Quiz Bee on September 12-13, 2023, were recognized. Among these awardees were Dr. Glenn Redecilla, Ms. Yvette Jonathan Molina, Ms. Leizle B. Manacob, RGC, RPm, Ms. Giselle Evangelista, Ms. Anna Grace Villarico, Ms. Shane Cleo Sape, Ms. Cynthia Ruby Reganit, and Ms. Marifrance Blanca.
