To gather input from faculty members on improving CBSUA’s policy on faculty workload, a consultation meeting was held on January 24, 2025, at the Alvaro Rabina Hall Auditorium, CBSUA Pili campus.
The event brought together educators from all the colleges of CBSUA Pili and discussed their concerns and proposed solutions for a more effective and fair workload distribution system. With an emphasis on fostering an open dialogue, the meeting provided a platform for faculty members to voice their opinions and contribute to shaping policies that will enhance teaching quality and faculty welfare.
The Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Emerson L. Bergonio, and the Campus Administrator for Pili Campus, Dr. Allan B. Del Rosario, expressed their commitment to considering the faculty’s feedback in the ongoing review of workload policies.
