As the primary extension arm of the Department of Agriculture, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) in partnership with state colleges and universities in the region implements the Educational Assistance for the Youth: Degree Courses in Agriculture and Agricultural Biosystems Engineering (EASY AGRI), which is funded by the Department of Budget and Management.
To realize the collaboration, CBSUA President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi and ATI Region V Director, Hon. Elsa A. Parot, signed a Memorandum of Agreement on 18 June 2020.
