CBSUA Hosts 37th Research and Development Project Review and Information Dissemination (RDPRID)

The 37th Research and Development Project Review and Information Dissemination (RDPRID) kicked off on December 12, 2024, providing a dynamic platform for researchers to present their findings, interact with peers, and receive valuable feedback from a panel of esteemed evaluators. The event showcased the ongoing research and development (R&D) initiatives of the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), which is an important part of the university’s commitment to fostering innovation, knowledge sharing, and academic growth.

The ceremony began with an opening remark from Dr. Dariel A. Palmiano, the Research Director of CBSUA. This was followed by messages from Dr. Ramona Isabel S. Ramirez and Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, University President.

These esteemed leaders expressed their appreciation for the efforts and achievements of all the researchers, acknowledging the commitment and perseverance demonstrated in completing their studies. Before the start of the simultaneous research presentations, Ma’am Wenielyn G. Nilo, Head of the Program Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, outlined the objectives, expected outcomes, and the mechanics of the oral presentations.

This year’s RDPRID highlights research projects across various categories, including Social ResearchResearch and Development, and Action/Development Applied Communication, with a focus on work completed during the year of review. The event serves as a critical opportunity for evaluators, researchers, and participants to collaborate and assess the progress of these projects.

In the Research and Development session, Dr. Marilyn B. Balderas, Dr. Celerino B. Llesol, and Engr. Julius L. De Villa from the CBSUA Pili Campus served as the evaluator. For the Social Research Category, Dr. Charlie P. Nacario and Dr. Darrel M. Ocampo led the evaluation. Their insightful feedback, suggestions, and recommendations provided valuable guidance for the researchers, helping them improve their work. Given the number of presentations scheduled, the division decided to continue the remaining presentations on the following day.

By providing a venue for researchers to present their findings and receive constructive feedback, CBSUA continues to champion excellence in academic and scientific endeavors. | 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘔𝘴. 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦 𝘙𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘴, 𝘗𝘐𝘖 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 – 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢
