The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) conducted a campus visit at the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) on March 8, 2023, to monitor the sustainability of the university’s environmental programs, which align with its win in the national search for sustainable and eco-friendly schools in 2019.

Led by the CBSUA Resilience Center team, the visitors were given a campus tour and showcased the various environmental programs in place. The team was impressed with the university’s commitment to sustainability and its efforts to promote environmental protection.

Aside from the campus tour, the visitors also paid a courtesy call to the university’s top management, including the president and vice presidents. The university’s leaders shared their shared vision in protecting the environment and their commitment to ensuring that CBSUA remains a sustainable and eco-friendly institution.

The visit from the EMB serves as an affirmation of CBSUA’s efforts to promote sustainability and environmental protection. The university remains dedicated to continuing its environmental programs and initiatives to create a better and more sustainable future for all.
