Central Bicol State University of Agriculture through the College of Economics and Management (CEM) hosted a welcome program for five Japanese representatives from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)- Lequio Wings on 10 September 2019 at the CBSUA-Organic and Agriculture Development Program.
The activity served as avenue for possible partnerships in various programs with the said agency.
