The Teaching force needs development and updating of knowledge and skills to fully cater to the needs of the students. The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture- Human Resource Development office is the one in – charge of the scholastic development based on the assessed needs and endorsement of College concerned.
The College of Development Education faculty and staff are composed of 33 regular faculty and 6 faculty on contractual basis. Their attendance to faculty development programs is based on the invitation of the sponsoring agency, field of specialization and the need of the faculty.
