University Dormitories and Staff Housing Services Office

1. The University Dormitories and Staff Housing Services Office shall be headed by a Section head which shall provide student housing services through the dormitory system and housing for the faculty members and non-teaching personnel where residents live in simulated home conditions.

LRV DORMITORY

LRV Dormitory is one of the several on-campus student accommodations that caters primarily to the female students of CBSUA. It has thirty rooms which approximately houses fifty-one female students coming from different places in the region. LRV Dormitory was opened to female students in 2009 under the management of Prof. Russell Rosalinda F. Rastrullo.

Dormitory application can be directed to the office of Auxiliary Services Management.

MTB DORMITORY

The MTB Dormitory is named after the first university president of CBSUA, Atty. Marito T. Bernales. It is one of the several on-campus student accommodations owned by the university.  It was inaugurated in 2011. It caters primarily to male CBSUA students coming from different places in the region. MTB Dormitory has forty-four rooms, a common kitchen, and a spacious study area. MTB dorm is under the supervision of Joel S. Balindan.

Dormitory application can be directed to the office of Auxiliary Services Management.

CAFETERIA

 The university cafeteria is strategically located at the heart of the university.  It serves both the employees and students of CBSUA.

  2. Office(s) with two (2) outstanding unpaid catering services, will not be accommodated.

CAMILO GUEVARRA HALL

Famously called as Social Hall, the Camilo Guevarra Hall is one of the biggest event halls in the university.  It was named after Camilo Guevarra, former principal of the then Camarines Sur Agricultural High School. Renovated in 2014, it has since become witness to different important university events.

THERESE THE CHILD JESUS PARISH

The parish of St. Therese the Child Jesus was built in 1997. It is located across the national highway near the third gate of the university.  It is the center of religious activities of the CBSUA community. The parish priest is also the university chaplain who also holds a teaching position in the university.

Lodging/ Accommodation Reservation of Dormitory Room
  1. Student must present their Certificate of Enrolment;
  2. Fill out Student Profile to be signed by Dorm In-Charges and Auxiliary Director;
  3. Initial payment of one (1) month advance and one (1) month deposit, monthly dormitory fee of seven hundred pesos (700.00Php);
  4. Issuance of official receipt; and/or
  5. Should a student decided to leave/vacate the dormitory, he/she must accomplish occupancy clearance to clear all his/her financial obligations.

NEW LADIES DORMITORY

The New Ladies Dormitory is one of the several on-campus student accommodations owned by the University. It caters primarily to female CBSUA students coming from different places in the region. New Ladies Dormitory has ten rooms, a washbasin sink, common kitchen, bathroom and a spacious study area. New Ladies Dorm is under the supervision of Prof. Hemelina F. Azañes.

ROCO’S DORMITORY

The Roco’s Dormitory is one of the several on-campus student accommodations owned by the University. It caters primarily to female CBSUA students coming from different places in the region. It has fourteen rooms, a washbasin sink, bathroom and a spacious study area. Roco’s Dorm is under the supervision of Ms. Alicia Rabajante.

OUR LADY OF LOURDES DORMITORY

Our Lady of Lourdes Dormitory is one of the several on-campus student accommodations owned by the University. It caters primarily to female CBSUA students coming from different places in the region. It has fourteen rooms, a common kitchen, washbasin sink, bathroom and a spacious study area. Our Lady of Lourdes Dormitory is under the supervision of Ilene B. Mirabiles, DVM.

ALUMNI BUILDING

            Alumni Building is one of the several on-campus student accommodations that caters primarily to the male and female students of CBSUA coming from different places in the region. It has eight rooms, a common kitchen, washbasin sink, bathroom and a spacious study area. Alumni Building was opened in 2005 under the management of Alumni Association.
