PROGRAM ACCREDITATION
The initial activities conducted during the creation of the Quality Assurance office, then known as Accreditation Office was the submission of the academic programs of the university for accreditation, way back 1998 or earlier. The accrediting agency responsible for program accreditation is Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, (AACCUP) Inc. From 1998 up to early this 2021, 93.75% of the academic programs of the main campus are accredited ranging from Levels 1 to the highest accreditation status of Level IV; while 93.10% considering all the programs offered by the main and satellite campuses having the same accreditation status.
Program accreditation evaluates a program in ten (10) areas as follows:

Activities in preparation for program accreditation start upon receipt of the AACCUP Technical Board Action given after a survey visit for particular programs. Indicated in this are the ratings in all the ten areas. The expected rating is depending on the level being applied for, to wit:
