The University Human Resource Development Office is headed by the Human Resource Development Officer who performs the following duties and responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and periodically review the updates of human resource development programs of the University;
- Formulate policy recommendations to address the development of total human capital of the University;
- Take charge of a continuing program of training and development for the faculty and non-teaching personnel of the University;
- Formulate, implement and monitor a comprehensive human resource development and welfare program for faculty and nonteaching personnel;
- Submit reports to the University President, the Administrative Council and/or Academic Council pertaining issues and concerns related to human resources development; and
- Perform other related functions which may from time to time be assigned by the University President.
