Bicol University thru Prof. Romel R. Dioneda Sr. coordinated with Central Bicol State University of Agriculture -Research Division, represented by Dr. Ramona Ramirez on the implementation of the project “Rapid Project Impact Assessment (RPIA) for Albay, Ragay (Bicol Side) and Asid Gulps, Bicol Region, Philippines as component of the UN-IFAD- Funded Fisheries, Costal Resources, and Livelihood Project (FISHCORAL) on 21 January 2021.
The said Memorandum of Understanding with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources for the conduct of the said project was entered into by and between Bicol University, represented by its President, Dr. Arnulfo M. Mascariñas, Partido State University, represented by its President, Dr. Raul G. Bradecina, Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, represented by its President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi and Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology, represented here by its President, Dr. Renee Amarille-Lamella.
