CBSUA-NTEA STRENGTHENS EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT THROUGH SUCCESSFUL CAMPUS HOPPING ORIENTATION

The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture Non-Teaching Employees Association (CBSUA-NTEA) successfully conducted a campus hopping orientation and consultation across the four campuses—Sipocot, Pasacao, Calabanga, and Pili—on November 21-22, 2024. As the sole organization representing non-teaching employees, CBSUA-NTEA remains committed to uphold the rights of its members and fostering a cooperative relationship with the University.

Aimed at promote participative decision-making within the organization, the Executive Board presented and solicited comments and suggestions on the key topics which were discussed during the sessions. These included the revised Constitution and By-Laws, updated policies and guidelines on loan processing, and an open consultation to address employees’ issues and concerns.

The consultation provided an avenue for members to voice their feedback and concerns, further strengthening the association’s commitment to transparency and inclusivity.

CBSUA-NTEA expressed gratitude to the University administration for their support and to the attendees for their active participation, which made the event a resounding success.
