The CBSUA-ESD assisted Christian Farmers Training Center in conducting a comprehensive training program on the Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice, Seed Certification, and Farm Mechanization (Batch 6 & 7) held at the Christian Farmers Training Center, Ragay, Camarines Sur last June 8, 2023.
Owner of CFTC, Dr. Manuel Mendoza, and his employees, Mr. Joel S. Balindan of the CBSUA faculty, served as resource persons on recognizing and eliminating plants with undesirable traits from agricultural areas. The CFTC was using crop-cut and rouging production methods to give farmers the information and expertise they needed for higher agricultural yields and better crop quality.
Inbred rice production, seed certification requirements, and the use of farm mechanization in rice cultivation are just a few of the crucial issues covered in the course, which were developed in partnership with recognized agricultural experts and researchers.
The participants had the chance to learn about the most recent developments in rice production methods, pest and disease control, and the value of proper rouging and crop-cut techniques for maintaining crop quality and purity. | 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘔𝘳𝘴. 𝘌𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘦 𝘊𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘻-𝘌𝘴𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘢, 𝘌𝘚𝘋 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘧𝘧
