Lead by the University Institutional Planning and Development Office, the CBSUA Admin Council convened on November 23-24, 2022 at the CAS Lecture hall for the review and cascading of performance targets for fiscal year 2023 and for an in-house budget planning for FY 2024 to guide the delivery units and all the employees in relation to the overall operation of the university as well as to allocate budget in the prioritized Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs).
Cascaded to the council are the Annual Operational Plan of the university including the PREXC targets for FY 2023 which outlined the objectives and targets necessary to concretize measures and projects to be realized by the relevant departments, support services and administrative offices including the individual faculty and non-teaching personnel. Discussed also in the meeting are the Office Performance Commitment Report (OPCR) and Quality Objectives (QO) as action plans for the following year.
