Dr. Ana E. Mirana-the VP for Academic Affairs, Dr. Maria Carla Narcisa L. Baduya-CDE Elementary Program Chairperson, and Dr. Myleen T. Balderas-CDE Secondary Education Chairperson visited CBSUA-Sipocot on September 1, 2022, to introduce Ms. Jillian Schleiden, a Full Bright DAST holder from the University of Cambridge, United States of America, as the foreign faculty exchange in Central Bicol State University of Agriculture.
A simple and short program was held at the Multi-purpose Covered Court at 9:00 AM. The said program was attended by the different school officials and faculty of CBSUA.
Ms. Schleiden will be teaching Micro-credentials on Technical Writing (Business Correspondence) and Micro-credentials on Academic Research Writing as part of the Konekted Extension Program of the university that aims to collaborate with the College of Education on Technical Writing and Academic Research. Thus, this program is one of the different initiatives of the university on internationalization that links communities to the world, expanding opportunities for university service and engagement while also enhancing global competitiveness.
