The Office of the Vice-President for Business and External Affairs (OVPBEA) spearheaded the Consultative Discourse cum Write-shop on crafting their Operations Manual on August 17, 2022, at the Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City.
The activity aims to clarify the roles of the newly-created clusters of the Business and External Affairs Cluster (BEA), namely the Business Affairs Office, Institutional Linkages and Special Projects Office, Resource Generation Office, and International Relations Office. The Operations Manual to be crafted stipulates the clear-cut functions, policies, and processes that set OVPBEA apart from the existing offices and units of the university.
The write-shop serves as an avenue to consult the various university offices and resolve the overlapping functions within the institution.
